# 15. Augmented / Virtual Reality Expert

*Nature of the tasks*

* Provide expert level business and technical solution advice, principally through Augmented / Virtual Reality product demonstrations and the scoping and delivery of in-depth Proof-of-Concepts.
* Installation and configuration of AR / VR systems after acceptance
* Development and maintenance of AR / VR systems and their IT components.

*Education* : EQF 7

* IT engineering degree / applied Mathematics degree

*Specific expertise and technologies*

* Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Augmented / Virtual Reality platforms
* Excellent knowledge of Service Management: Including: Customer Service, Field Service, IT Service, DevOps, IT Operations Management, Security Incident Response, Code application development

*Certification and/or Standards*

**Mandatory standards (one of):**

* ISO/IEC 18039:2019
* ISO/IEC 18040:2019
* UL 8400, the Standard for Safety for Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and Mixed Reality Technology Equipment.
* UL/IEC 62368-1 Safety Standard
* IEEE P2048 Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality Standards

* An understanding of front office, middle office and back office functions
* Autonomous
* Curiosity for about researching current and emerging technologies
* Passion for developing innovative solutions
* Capability of integration in an international/multi- cultural environment
* Communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts
