* Prepare and give training courses on information systems.
* Translate business analysts input to information consumable by the end-user.

*Education* : EQF 6 any degree *Specific expertise and technologies*

* Knowledge in end user assistance of information systems.
* Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks.
* Good knowledge of presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint).
* Good knowledge of MS-Office.
* Knowledge of web languages or tools (e.g. html, flash) would be an advantage.

* Excellent writing and communication skills
* General IT skills
* Capability of integration in an international/multi- cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team.
* Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings
