*Nature of the tasks*

* Design, engineering, testing, documentation, release control, maintenance, and technical support of MacOS workstation environments
* Design, engineering, testing, documentation, release control, maintenance, and technical support of lifecycle, security, and systems management solutions for MacOS workstations
* Proof of concept, prototyping of infrastructure solutions in the specific area of MacOS workstations
* Technical responsibility for infrastructure engineering projects
* Provision of expert advice and assistance, technology watch, evaluation studies, architectural considerations, applicable standards, solution patterns, and best practices in the specific area of MacOS workstations
* Drafting of technical, operational, and user documentation
* Assistance with training support staff and users
* Participation in coordination, project, and operational meetings

*Education* : EQF 6

*Specific expertise and technologies*

* Excellent knowledge of the MacOS operating system and the underlying Apple hardware, including – but not limited to – system architecture, installation, configuration, maintenance, and support
* Good knowledge of lifecycle, security, and systems management solutions for MacOS workstations
* Knowledge of networking technologies
